She told me that she wanted to get me a coloring book but wanted me to pick it out so we would have to go shopping for one. As I continued to be a little puzzled of why she would get me a pack of crayons and a coloring book for Christmas, I slowly realized (more how it went - she kinda reminded me) that I had told her a while back that something on my Bucket List was to color a whole coloring book. (silly i know)
Last week I spent a couple days with Grammy. We looked Amazon and Barnes & Noble for a while trying to find a coloring book for me. I was surprised of how many different kinds of coloring books there are! So many to choose from. Sadly all the ones i wanted to get were all out of stock or not released until March :( but eventually i did find one that was in stock and a good price (did you know some coloring books can be $30 or more?!)
When looking for one I knew that i didn't want a simple kids coloring book, i wanted something with more detail. 'Just Add Color ~ Botanicals' has a good amount of detail but believe me there were some that were way too detailed!!
Anyway, it arrived in the mail yesterday morning, and it made for something fun to do on a rainy day. :)
