.Marie.

I have known Marie going on 15 years now. We grew up on the central coast together for 10 of those years.  Many memories have been made. Some of our fun memories consist of playing pollys and American girl dolls, eating Oreos and milk late at night with our families, dressing up as the refined ladies of the south and their escorts, riding horses, going on walks, staying up until the early hours of the morning talking and laughing ;) but most recently we went on a mini hike/photo shoot. It was a lot of fun got some really good pictures as well as silly ones. ;)

oh how i wish this was in focus!

this one is my personal favorite!!! ^^^

Marie I love you so much! You are such a great friend. Don't know what I would do without you!!

Photo Challenge Day 24

Day 24: Detail

A spider's web has a great amount of detail. I'm not a huge fan of spiders but I do think that it is amazing that something so small can create something so beautiful.

Photo Challenge Day 7 - Day 14

Yes i know that i'm behind on the photo challenge but i guess that happens when you don't have cell service on the back roads in Idaho, Montana and Washington when you are on vacation.
Here are some of the days i missed. Enjoy.

Day 7: A Surprise
(taken by my mama)

When we were visiting friends in Montana we got to ride horses! It was kind of a surprise because i thought we were not going to be able to this time. Another surprise about ridding horses is i fell off. I wasn't hurt just got a bit muddy. I did get right back on and fixed my mistake though.

Day 8: Something Big

These rock mountains (not sure if they have a scientific name) in Zion, Utah were big. They were quite amazing.
Day 9: Something Small

Something small,  a dragonfly that my brother found when we were hiking in Zion National Park.

Day 10: An Ability

As I have mentioned before I play lots of instruments. I would say that being able to play many instruments is an ability the Lord has given me.

Day 11: Something Natural

Although considered a weed in most states Tansy is an herb. It doesn't usually grow in crops so i would say it's natural.

Day 12: An Unanswered Prayer

A property for our family to buy and build a home on.

Day 13: An Answered Prayer

God kept us safe during our travels.

Day 14: A Blessing

Spending time with one of my besties this past weekend!
     (post coming soon)

Days 15 -19 soon to come still trying to catch up. :)

Leaves from a tree in Mt. Zion.
Mt. Zion is an amazingly beautiful place! I would suggest that if you haven't been you should go!
